"...this is perhaps one of the first non-Cuban cigars that I have had in quite a while that would probably have fooled me if I had done a blind, unbanded tasting. If you live in the USA and are unable to get your hands on any Cuban cigars, try to hunt down one of these..." Read more: http://www.cigarinspector.com

"... Earlier in the first half, the 19th Hole moved into the medium to full strength range - and remained there. As for the body, there is quite a bit of depth to the flavors. These flavors do have some weight on the pallet. As I assessed the 19th Hole to be a full-bodied smoke. Overall I found the body had the edge over the strength."

"First light reveals full body flavors of a big pepper an spice bomb with a smooth earthy core and long finish. The first third mellows a bit to medium-full with a perfect draw, flavors shift to a complex blend of a sweet creamy smooth leather still keeping a good portion of pepper and spice. Burn and smoke output is excellent and the draw has a perfect amount of resistance."

At the start of the Cordoba & Morales Front 9 there are flavors of oak, hay and graham cracker. There is just a bit of spice and very mild white pepper on the retrohale. There are hints of oats, grass, peanuts and and honey in the first third of the cigar.

Córdoba & Morales will launch a new limited production cigar as a part of its Clave Cubana line.  The cigar is called the Clave Cubana Etiqueta Blanca and it will be launched at the 2014 IPCPR Trade Show beginning July 20th in Las Vegas with availability to retailers on August 1st.

The Clave Cubana Etiqueta Blanca will be limited to a production of 1,000 boxes.  It will be released in three sizes and feats a San Andrés Maduro wrapper.

In regards to this new addition of the Clave Cubana line, Córdoba & Morales Co-Founder Azarias “Z” Mustafa explains this was a project that was a long time coming.

“We’ve wanted to work with the aged San Andrés Maduro wrapper since we opened our company, however, it’s in short supply,” Mustafa Cordoba said.  “As soon as we got our hands on it, we painstakingly created the perfect blend of tobaccos to complement and honor this much-sought after wrapper, which we’ve accomplished with the Etiqueta Blanca.”
